Can I request custom data during booking?

Yes, you can add custom fields and decide which ones are required.

In Bookings you can enable or hide standard fields and add custom fields. Required fields are requested on the public website and also in conversational booking channels.

Clients are primarily identified by phone and/or email, not manual search.
